Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Service Fulfillment Coordinator.

Our company is growing and looking to hire a Service Fulfillment Coordinator to join?our team. The Service Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and carrying out processes required to establish agreed-upon post-sale professional learning offerings. The Service Fulfillment Coordinator works closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Learning Team for resource allocation, establishes assignments, creates enrollments in the Learning Management System (LMS), creates training material orders, and ships appropriate training materials.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor and action on requests from the Sales or Customer Success Team for requests for professional learning services
• Responsible for the creation of all training sessions and online course enrollments associated with customer-accepted literacy plans that are not part of core catalog offerings
• Responsible for entering resources against project tasks in NetSuite and maintenance of the resource schedule and reporting of the resource schedules
• Responsible for the efficient and timely shipment of needed training literature for professional learning events
• Anticipate and troubleshoot obstacles that may impede/delay the fulfillment of any professional service deliverable including (but not limited to) trainer scheduling, registrations, course manuals, Wilson Academy access, etc.
• Provide support to internal and external members of the Customer Experience (CX) Team
• Responsible for the reconciliation of enrollment information in the Learning Management System (LMS) for certifications, if needed
• Ability to collaborate across departments to assist with the accurate and timely completion of deliverables
• Creation and maintenance of customer and account records in the WLT database
• Understand and display WLT’s values
• Other duties as assigned

Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000.
